Our grandfather, Hollis LaTourelle
Our Experience
The
LaTourell family's knowledge of the canoe country began over 65 years
ago when Hollis LaTourell began this tradition of catering to
canoeists. He along with his son Bob Sr. (Jeep), spent countless days
guiding on the canoe trails as well as trapping, hunting, fishing, and
living in this great wilderness area. The third generation of our
family, Bob Jr., Mindy, and Missy, followed their lead and their love
of what this wilderness area has to offer. They not only grew up experiencing
this areas natural beauty and resources, but also the people who came
here to visit it. They, along with their own families, now continue to
serve visitors here at LaTourell's. We feel our family's knowledge is
an invaluable resource for your trip preparation and enjoyment. It is
our privilege to share it with you, our guests.
